Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Services/Credit Card Policy
In order to book service/s, a credit card will need to be placed on file as a retainer to schedule your appointments.
Please read the cancellation policy for late arrival, new client, and no show policies.

24 hour advance notice is required should you need to cancel your appointment.
This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the 50% of your service appointment.
Your credit card will be charged.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for any reason other than an emergency will be considered a “no-show.”
They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. The fee for a no-show is the full amount of the service/s fees.

(There is a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals, after which you will need to reschedule) You will be charged the full service amount before you can reschedule.
Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

First Time Clients
Please arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork ( or I can email you your paperwork to print and bring with you prior to your appointment) If you arrive at the time of your appointment, your session will be shortened to accommodate filling out paperwork/intake. Please see menu for the intake paperwork link for massage and, or aesthetics. Please bring these with you to your appointment.
